Gift Cards

Your SAAB Salon Spa gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional SAAB Salon Spa Gift Cards. SAAB Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To report a lost or stolen gift card, please contact SAAB Salon Spa by telephone at 613-235-7222. Replacement cards will be issued after SAAB Salon Spa verifies that the lost or stolen card has not been redeemed and you present your original purchase receipt.

Gift cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The use of this gift card is governed by the laws of Ontario.

Returns and Refunds

No return or refunds for online or instore purchases but each purchase can be exchanged for anything of equal value of the purchase with a receipt, also applicable to bundled purchases such as Spa Packages. We offer a one week grace period complimentary re-visit with your stylist to ensure service satisfaction.

Spa Environment

Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility, designed to provide a relaxing experience. As such, please ensure that cell phones and other electronic devices are turned off. Please maintain quiet conversations and refrain from bringing children into the spa area.

Salon Spa Etiquette

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).

A valid credit card is required to reserve three or more consecutive spa services.

To ensure a timely service to all of our guests, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures.

Currency

All prices are in CDN (Canadian) dollars.

COVID-19 Procedures & Protocols

The health and wellbeing of our employees and guests is of utmost importance to us and, given the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, we are writing to inform you of new precautions we have put in place to help protect you when you visit the salon.

We are offering full flexibility to guests to who need to cancel or reschedule appointments.

We are requesting that if a guest has recently returned from an affected area to please rebook their appointment in 14 days.

Hand sanitizers are present throughout our salon and spa.

All surfaces are wiped down with alcohol before each service.

Our staff are continuously washing and sanitizing their own hands with sanitizing gel between every service.

Our staff will be dressed with the proper PPE to ensure everyones safety.

Please bring a personal mask with you as we will have a limited quantity.

Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets are asked to stay at home.
